Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.When we pray, we was always remember that God answers all prayer. The difficulty that we have is when God's answer is not what we want. When God says 'no', it is because He knows more than we do. He knows His will for our lives.
God will do anything that we ask in Jesus name except that which is outside of His will for lives. Even Jesus prayed in the garden for the cup to pass, but concluded His prayer with, 'Not my will but your will be done.
God knows the end before we know the beginning. What we believe is the way things should go cannot take into account what God already knows is to come. In our prayer we should be seeking that His will be done in every situation because as Romans 8:28 says, ...all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
I encourage you this week to focus your prayer time on seeking God's will for your life.
